Due to the high demand of our products, our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on our site may no longer be in stock. Display of a particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable shipping charges. We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen. In Store Pick Up Terms and Conditions
We offer in store pickups to our customers who would like to pick up their items instead. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Hip, Chic Boutique. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Hip, Chic Boutique. Furthermore, Hip, Chic Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.

Hip, Chic Boutique can ship to virtually any address. Note that there are restrictions on some addresses.
We ship with a flat rate of $12.00 using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping to better serve everyone. Flat rate on international orders is $21.00. We offer free shipping on orders over $300 that are shipping in the United States. All orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon -Tuesday at 3:30 pm will ship on Wednesday. Orders placed on Tuesday after 3:30 pm – Friday till 12:00 noon will ship on Friday. If you have to receive your order by a specific time, we may be able to accommodate if you contact the boutique directly at (817) 733-6301. If you have a particular way you want your items to be ship please note you may be charged an additional charge.
